Throwing Muses has officially announced the release of their highly anticipated new album, Moonlight Concessions, set to debut on March 14. This new collection marks the band’s first release since 2020’s Sun Racket and is described as a “back to basics” record, produced by band member Kristin Hersh. Fans can get an early taste of the album with the released single “Summer of Love,” which also serves as the opening track.
In support of the new album, Throwing Muses will embark on an extensive European tour beginning May 12 in Oslo, Norway. The tour will include stops in major cities such as Berlin, Galway, London, Paris, and Munich, wrapping up on August 29 in Salisbury, England. A complete list of tour dates is available for fans eager to catch the band live.
Moonlight Concessions will be the band’s 11th studio album, continuing their legacy in the indie-rock scene.
