This service integrates smoothly into existing communication workflows, enabling sales representatives to swiftly initiate orders and arrange for immediate pick-up and delivery from warehouses to clients.

This white-label application allows sales representatives to place orders via text or call, keeping their familiar workflows intact. If a specific item is unavailable or if the customer’s location is distant from a warehouse, orders can also be placed from local retailers to ensure needs are met.
Food safety is a core feature of the Will Call Delivery service, with all shoppers receiving training on food safety standards, including hygiene practices and safe handling of temperature-sensitive items.
The service has been successfully piloted with a leading U.S. foodservice distributor, receiving positive feedback. A representative noted that this pilot has enabled them to enhance their customer-centric approach and address the evolving demands of their client base effectively.
