NBC has officially unveiled the hosts and musical guests for the upcoming episodes of Saturday Night Live. On March 1, comedian Shane Gillis will take the stage, introducing Canadian pop sensation Tate McRae. The following week, on March 8, global superstar Lady Gaga will return as both host and musical guest.
McRae, who made her Saturday Night Live debut in November 2023 with performances of “Greedy” and “Grave,” will be promoting her highly anticipated third studio album, So Close to What, set to release on February 21.
Lady Gaga, marking her fifth appearance on Saturday Night Live, has a storied history with the show, having previously hosted and performed in November 2013 and most recently taking the stage in October 2016. Her upcoming performance will coincide with the release of her new album Mayhem, scheduled for March 7.
As Saturday Night Live celebrates its landmark 50th season that began in September 2024, it recently featured two special anniversary events: SNL50: The Homecoming Concert and SNL50: The Anniversary Special, showcasing an array of performances including one by Lady Gaga.
