Unlocking the Oberon Facility: A Step-by-Step Guide
To gain access to the Oberon facility within the Interchange, players must first acquire the Growth Stimulant. This crucial item enables you to power every Data Store Room in the Interchange and activate the Central Processing Unit located in the central room. Once the CPU is powered on, you will unlock a new entrance to the Windscale Plant.
Entering through the Windscale Plant is essential to reach the new Oberon area, which is teeming with thrall enemies. After successfully navigating the plant, you will arrive at the Oberon Digsite. At this point, take the Growth Stimulant to the large building immediately to the left of the digsite entrance, situated before you encounter the distinctly glowing purple Oberon rock.
Inside the building, be prepared to traverse a maze of hallways, where you may encounter enemies in haz-mat suits. Your goal is to reach the command center of the digsite, where you will find the “Fire Safety Fluid Input Terminal.” At this terminal, you must insert the Growth Stimulant to proceed.
Once you have completed this step, make your way down to the Oberon area, avoiding detection from patrolling robots at ground level. Here, locate the two “Fire Safety Valves” positioned at either end of the digsite. A simple interaction is all that’s needed to activate these valves. Afterward, return to the command center and engage the “Fire Safety Valves.”
Following the activation, head back down to the digsite and exit the Oberon Digsite area. Navigate through the Windscale Plant once again toward the Castle Ruins located at the Druid’s Camp in Casterfell Woods. Finally, leap into the blue glowing hole in the ground when prompted by the Voice in the Soil, which concludes the Atomfall questline.
