She shared that the writing process helped her navigate challenging times. “I started writing this after a panic attack I had the night I got home from tour,” she revealed. Despite the joy of their successful tour, the experience of being alone was overwhelming. “Everybody’s Trying to Figure Me Out” follows last month’s release of “Relationships,” also produced by Rostam and Danielle Haim.
