The 2010 animated feature film, Yu-Gi-Oh! Bonds Beyond Time, is set to be re-released as a special steelbook collector’s edition Blu-ray on December 17. Preorders are currently available at a discounted price of $24.49, down from the standard retail price of $30.
Originally produced as a celebration of the series’ 10th anniversary, Bonds Beyond Time features iconic protagonists Yugi, Jaden, and Yusei teaming up to thwart an evil time-traveling Duel Monsters player. This new steelbook edition boasts an updated blue design and unique cover art, differentiating it from the prior gold case release.
For collectors looking to enhance their Yu-Gi-Oh Blu-ray lineup, the steelbook edition of the original Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie, which launched in September, is also available for $25.
Nostalgic fans should keep an eye out for the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection arriving on Nintendo Switch, which will include ten classic Yu-Gi-Oh! games all on one cartridge.
