Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has dispelled rumors regarding his potential rise within the BJP leadership. During a recent appearance, he emphasized his lack of ambition for a higher political role, expressing a strong preference for returning to Gorakhpur over moving to Delhi.
As a Mahant from Gorakhpur and a former MP for the region, Adityanath stated, “I am no heir to anyone. I only want to work as a Yogi. I have been entrusted with the responsibility to look after UP as a servant of Mother India. I am dedicated to this path and would love to return to Gorakhpur while continuing my work.” His comments reflect a commitment to his current responsibilities and a deep connection to his roots in Gorakhpur.
