Emergency services reported that medics treated ten victims, including individuals with gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to Soroka Hospital, with one woman in a “moderate to serious” condition and four others classified as being in “moderate condition.”
In the aftermath of the shooting, Israel’s transport minister called for the deportation of families of “terrorists” as a means to enhance national security. This follows a recent wave of violence, which included a shooting and knife attack in Tel Aviv last week resulting in seven casualties.
