Luke Littler showcased his skills by swiftly advancing to the second round of the Winmau World Masters, needing only 10 minutes to defeat 2023 WDF World Champion Andy Baetens 3-0. This performance set him up for a last-16 clash against James Wade, who narrowly defeated Mike De Decker 3-2.
The reigning PDC World Champion, Littler, demonstrated exceptional precision early in his match, successfully hitting his first four doubles and closing with an impressive 66% success rate on the outer ring.
Nathan Aspinall also stood out, achieving six doubles from eight attempts and nailing a remarkable 161 finish, taking down Andrew Gilding 3-0 to meet Cameron Menzies in the next round.
In a dazzling display, Jonny Clayton averaged 112.77 to beat Martin Schindler 3-1, marking a much-needed victory for Wales following a tough rugby union match loss against France.
Clayton’s Next Challenge
Clayton will face Ryan Searle next after Searle overcame Chris Dobey 3-1, breaking Dobey twice in the fourth set.

He overcame an early setback to win 3-1 and will next compete against Dimitri Van den Bergh, who rebounded from a first-set loss to defeat Gary Anderson 3-1.
