INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY IN THE FINANCE UNIT

The “Millennium Challenge Account – Mongolia” (MCA-Mongolia) is a government-backed initiative established through Government Resolution No 297 in October 2018. Its primary objective is to facilitate the implementation of the Mongolia Water Compact in partnership with the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance team for a duration of THREE MONTHS, working 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and coordination of briefing packages for official meetings;
- Creating presentation materials for training sessions;
- Organizing and archiving important documents;
- Assisting with customs tariff and tax exemption requests;
- Data entry into the government reporting system;
- Documentation of weekly call memos;
- Assisting with asset inventory counting;
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
This position is targeted at third or final year students in Economics, Finance, International Trade, Accounting, or Business who are bilingual and have flexible availability, with the following qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong command of English and solid academic performance;
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a dynamic approach and strong initiative;
- Availability to commit to 20 hours per week.
