Unknown Mortal Orchestra has officially announced their highly anticipated new album, IC-02 Bogotá. This release marks the second installment in the band’s instrumental series, following the success of IC-01 Hanoi in 2018. The lead single, titled "Earth 1," was released today, complemented by a captivating music video filmed by frontman Ruban Nielson during the album’s recording sessions in Bogotá, Colombia.
IC-02 Bogotá is set to be available on February 28. The band recently released their previous album, V, earlier this year. Additionally, Unknown Mortal Orchestra will perform a solo concert at Auditorio BB in Mexico City on Thursday, May 8.
