TotalEnergies Staff Housing Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited has achieved remarkable recognition with two excellence in design certifications for greater efficiency from the International Finance Corporation.
This distinction was announced at the Future Cities—Africa Green Building Summit, co-hosted by the Green Building Council Nigeria, highlighting Louisville’s dedication to sustainable development and exemplary green building practices.
The summit convened leaders from various sectors to explore climate resilience in urban planning. Louisville was praised for its commitment to advanced environmental standards, notably in reducing water consumption, enhancing energy efficiency, and minimizing embodied carbon in building materials.
Situated within Eko Atlantic City in Victoria Island, Lagos, the Louisville mixed-use development spans over 22,000 m² and aims to create a vibrant, sustainable urban setting that merges residential and commercial spaces seamlessly.
