Velan Studios has launched Midnight Murder Club in early access on PC and PS5, enticing gamers with a unique access model. Only one player needs to own the game to invite up to five friends through the Guest Pass Edition, making it easy to gather for multiplayer action.
Set in the eerie Wormwood Manor, Midnight Murder Club allows 1-6 players to engage in tense gameplay shrouded in darkness. Players rely on flashlights, proximity chat, and the sounds of gunfire to navigate this high-stakes game of hide-and-seek.
The recently introduced Wildcards mode adds an exciting twist, enabling players to alter their reality using special cards. These cards offer various abilities, such as super speed or the option to self-detonate upon death, with some powers influencing other players as well. After each round, players receive new cards, ensuring a fresh experience every time.
Midnight Murder Club is available for early access at a price of $20 on PS5 and PC via Steam, while the Guest Pass Edition is free for up to five friends to join in the fun.
