The St. Johns Republican Presidential Executive Committee has issued a formal letter to White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, detailing Chief Justice John Roberts’ ongoing judicial coup against President Trump and the Federalist Society’s betrayal of Republican judicial policy. The letter, signed by Vice Chairman Robert A. Harris, exposes Roberts’ role in hand-picking and protecting judges like James Boasberg, who enabled the Russia collusion hoax and abused FISA surveillance against the Trump campaign.
“For too long, Republicans have ignored the real source of judicial corruption-Roberts and the U.S. Judicial Conference, not the Supreme Court,” said Robert A. Harris. “Roberts has weaponized the judiciary against President Trump just as Chief Justice John Marshall did against Thomas Jefferson. It’s time for Republicans to recognize that this is a systemic takeover of the judiciary, orchestrated under the false pretense of judicial independence.”
