ECNETNews has unveiled the trailer for the highly anticipated action crime thriller, The Silent Hour, featuring Joel Kinnaman in the role of a detective who suffers permanent hearing loss following an on-duty injury.
The film’s official synopsis describes how “Boston Detective Frank Shaw returns to the force after a life-changing injury that leaves him hearing-impaired. When he is assigned to interpret for Ava Fremont, a deaf witness to a shocking gang murder, they soon find themselves trapped in a condemned apartment building, targeted by the killers seeking to silence her. Isolated from help, they must rely on each other to navigate the perilous situation and find a way to survive against unseen enemies.”
When is The Silent Hour set to release?
The Silent Hour is poised for its theatrical and digital release on October 11, 2024. Directed by Brad Anderson and written by Dan Hall, the film features a talented cast including Sandra Mae Frank, Mekhi Phifer, and Mark Strong.
