In a developing legal matter, Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new sexual assault allegations from five individuals, including a woman who claims she was drugged and raped by Diddy and another celebrity at the age of 13 in the year 2000. Court documents reveal that all plaintiffs are seeking compensatory damages for physical injuries and emotional suffering, punitive damages, attorney fees, and other claims. These lawsuits, filed in a New York federal court, accompany two further cases brought by anonymous individuals in the New York State Supreme Court.
According to one of the lawsuits, the plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe, recounted that she was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall in New York to attend the MTV Video Music Awards when she was 13. In an effort to enter an exclusive afterparty, she interacted with limousine drivers and was allegedly approached by one who claimed he worked for Diddy. The lawsuit states that the driver suggested that Diddy was interested in younger girls, leading her to a notable house filled with celebrities. Upon arrival, she was allegedly asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) without being provided a copy of the document.
Jane Doe contends she accepted a drink from the waitstaff, soon feeling disoriented before seeking an empty bedroom to rest. The lawsuit claims Diddy, alongside another male and female celebrity, entered the room shortly after. Doe alleges that Diddy forcibly directed her toward the male celebrity, who then assaulted her, followed by Diddy allegedly raping her while others observed. She recounts a struggle where she fought back against Diddy’s advances, managing to escape the room and wandering through the house in a state of distress until she found an exit, ultimately reaching out to her father for assistance.
In another allegation, a 29-year-old singer and producer claims that Diddy drugged and raped her during a house party in December 2022. This plaintiff, also referred to as Jane Doe, asserts that she and other independent musicians were invited to the gathering, where they recognized several celebrities. Despite declining multiple offers from the waitstaff to consume drugs, she accepted a single glass of wine. The lawsuit claims that Diddy engaged her in conversation about her music career and invited her to his office. Once inside, Doe alleges she lost consciousness while being sexually assaulted. She later awoke around 6 a.m., confused and disoriented, discovering injuries and missing personal belongings as she exited the premises in a hurry.
