Rosalía Celebrates Birthday with New Single "Omega" Featuring Ralphie Choo
In celebration of her birthday, Rosalía has released a new track titled “Omega,” collaborating with Madrid-based singer-songwriter and producer Ralphie Choo. The song was co-produced by Choo, Noah Goldstein, and Dylan Patrice Wiggins. Accompanying the release is a vibrant music video directed by regular collaborator Stillz, showcasing Rosalía and Choo enjoying a rollercoaster ride while singing and laughing together.
Describing her experience working with Choo, Rosalía expressed, “He is a whirlwind of energy in the studio and a super creative and incredibly generous musician.” She elaborated on the meaning behind “Omega,” stating, “It represents the end and the celebration of having found what you wanted, along with the security that comes with a commitment to stay. Omega embodies the steadfastness with the one you love that makes you not want to be anywhere else.”
Rosalía’s previous album, the Grammy-winning Motomami, was released in 2022, and she has since collaborated with notable artists, including Björk, Rauw Alejandro, and Blackpink’s Lisa. Additionally, she showcased her talent during her performance at Coachella 2023.
Ralphie Choo made waves in the music industry with his debut album, Supernova, released last year, featuring standout tracks like “Máquina Culona” and “Gata.”
