Last month, rapper Rio da Yung OG was released from federal prison and celebrated his homecoming with the release of his new single “Rio Free.” Following this, he launched a new project titled Rio Free, which features his recent track “WYDT.” The project contains 10 songs and includes a new music video for “Off-Rap.”
In addition to his new releases, Rio da Yung OG has scheduled a homecoming concert at the Masonic Temple in Detroit on January 11. He has now announced a full U.S. tour, which will take place across January, February, March, and April. Fans can find Rio da Yung OG’s tour schedule outlined below.
During his time in federal prison, Rio da Yung OG shared several projects, such as Fiend Lives Matter and Rio Circa 2020, after pleading guilty to firearm possession connected to drug trafficking. His influential project, City on My Back, was released in 2020, prior to his incarceration.
