Slovenian President Nataša Pirc Musar has commenced a significant state visit to Mongolia on August 20, following an invitation from Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, as stated by the Mongolian Foreign Ministry.
The Slovenian delegation, including President Pirc Musar and her husband, Aleš Musar, received a warm welcome from Mongolian officials, including Foreign Affairs Minister Battsetseg Batmunkh, upon their arrival at Chinggis Khaan International Airport.
During her visit, President Pirc Musar will engage in high-level discussions with President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, which will culminate in a press briefing. The leaders are expected to sign key documents aimed at enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation.
Additionally, President Pirc Musar is slated to take part in several important events, including the World Women’s Forum in Ulaanbaatar, the Mongolia-Slovenia Business Forum, and the “Forest, Sustainability, Women” Program, highlighting commitments to sustainable development and women’s empowerment.
