In a commendable act of generosity, G. Sankar Reddy, head constable at the Mahila Police Station in Tirupati, has contributed Rs. 20,000 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to aid flood relief efforts in Vijayawada. He presented the demand draft to Superintendent of Police L. Subbarayudu, who praised the initiative.
This is not the first time Mr. Reddy has demonstrated his commitment to community support; previously, he donated Rs. 10,000 on two occasions for flood relief in 2016 and contributed Rs. 30,000 during the Covid-19 pandemic to provide meals for policemen on duty.
