ECNETNews reports that the iconic band Pixies has officially announced the release of their highly anticipated new album, The Night the Zombies Came, set to hit shelves on October 25. This album serves as a follow-up to their previous work, Doggerel, and features the lead single “You’re So Impatient” along with a brand-new track titled “Chicken.”
Working once again with producer Tom Dalgety—known for his work on Head Carrier, Beneath the Eyrie, and Doggerel—Pixies have crafted what promises to be an exciting addition to their discography. Notably, this album marks the band’s first collaboration with new bassist Emma Richardson, who stepped in following Paz Lenchantin’s departure.
