Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja, Dr. Paul Enenche, along with his wife Becky, made a heartfelt visit to Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, on Monday, in response to the devastating recent floods.
During their visit, they were welcomed by the State Governor, Prof. Babagana Zulum, who commended their humanitarian efforts aimed at aiding the victims.
In a statement shared on social media, Dr. Enenche highlighted the significance of their visit, saying, “We are here on a goodwill and solidarity visit to the good people of the land following the flood incident of the last six days.”
The couple toured an IDP camp where they offered support to displaced individuals, distributed essential relief materials, and provided medical services, utilizing their professional background in medicine.
Dr. Enenche further noted their itinerary, including stops at the airport with the Deputy Governor Umar Usman Kadafur, a meeting at the Government House with Governor Zulum and his Deputy, and a visit to the Dunamis Church.
This visit underscores the critical need for community support in the aftermath of natural disasters, as local leaders and humanitarian organizations come together to assist affected residents.
