Team GB Athletes and Their Medal Aspirations
The athletics events will unfold at the Stade de France, with Josh Kerr and Neil Gourley set to compete in the men’s 1500m final at 7:50 PM. Kerr, the reigning world champion and bronze medallist from Tokyo, qualified with a time of 3:32.46, while Gourley advanced with a time of 3:32.11.

Meanwhile, in boxing, Lewis Richardson will aim for a medal in the men’s light middleweight semi-finals at 8:46 PM. A victory over Mexico’s Marco Verde will land him a spot in the gold medal match.
