The highly anticipated 2024 NFL season has commenced, with excitement building as fans gear up for the journey toward Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans.
The Kansas City Chiefs, led by superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes, are making their return as reigning champions. They are on the hunt for an unprecedented third consecutive Super Bowl victory after their thrilling win against the San Francisco 49ers last February. In a time-honored tradition, the Chiefs will kick off the season by facing Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens at Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night.
Week One will also feature a showdown between the Atlanta Falcons, now guided by new quarterback Kirk Cousins, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The week will be capped off by seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady’s debut in the commentary booth as the Dallas Cowboys take on the Cleveland Browns.
In Week Two, the ECNETNews team will be on-site in Minnesota as the Vikings host the 49ers on Sunday, September 15, at 6 PM, followed by Joe Burrow’s Cincinnati Bengals against the Chiefs.
