The 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 79) is set to commence on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. The high-level General Debate will kick off on Tuesday, September 24, continuing through Saturday, September 28, and will conclude on Monday, September 30, 2024. This year’s theme is “Leaving no one behind: acting together for the advancement of peace, sustainable development, and human dignity for present and future generations.”
Mongolian President U.Khurelsukh is scheduled to participate in UNGA 79 from September 21 to 26, 2024. During this session, he will address key international relations issues and outline Mongolia’s foreign policy goals and priorities. Additionally, President U.Khurelsukh plans to engage in bilateral discussions with the UN Secretary-General and various heads of state to foster dialogue on cooperation and partnerships.
