Troops of Operation Hadin Kai in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, have begun airlifting frontline fighters to various states across Nigeria for their annual leave. This initiative is part of the Chief of Army Staff’s bi-monthly Welfare Flight Initiatives, as announced by the Headquarters of the Nigerian Army.
The soldiers were flown via Value Jet Aircraft from Maiduguri Airport to their designated destinations, facilitating secure and efficient travel for these brave warriors to reunite with their families and loved ones.
Annual leave in the Nigerian Army serves as a structured benefit, allowing soldiers and officers essential time off to rest and recharge after a year of dedicated service. This provision underscores the Nigerian Army’s commitment to the well-being of its personnel.
