ECNETNews reports that Metallica has officially unveiled the 2025 North American leg of their highly anticipated M72 World Tour, marking the tour’s extension into its third year. The exciting new lineup features 21 shows beginning April 12 at the Sick New World festival in Las Vegas. The legendary band will perform at major stadiums across the country, including stops in Syracuse, Toronto, Nashville, Philadelphia, and Houston, culminating in two sensational shows at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver on June 27 and June 29. Fans can look forward to special guest performances from iconic acts such as Pantera, Suicidal Tendencies, Limp Bizkit, and Ice Nine Kills on select dates. The full tour schedule is available below.
The M72 World Tour was first announced in 2022 alongside the release of Metallica’s latest album, 72 Seasons. Kicking off in April 2023, the tour is set to conclude its 2024 run with four monumental nights at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City later this month, in addition to a charity show on December 13 in Los Angeles.
In a move to give back, Metallica will donate a portion of proceeds from every M72 ticket sold to local charities through the All Within My Hands foundation. This philanthropic organization is dedicated to fighting hunger, promoting workforce education, and providing essential services to communities.
