Police in Spain are actively searching for a suspect in the tragic death of an 11-year-old boy who was attacked on a football pitch. Reports indicate the young victim was enjoying a game with friends when a hooded individual assaulted him with a sharp object.
The incident took place in Mocejón, a town near Toledo, during the morning hours of Sunday. Following the attack, the suspected assailant, described as an approximately 18-year-old man, fled the scene, prompting a large-scale manhunt.
Authorities confirmed the incident occurred around 10:00 AM local time, with a significant police presence mobilized, including a dozen patrols and a helicopter to aid in the search for the suspect.
