Final Fantasy Collaboration Set Launching in Magic: The Gathering
Magic: The Gathering is set to release its highly anticipated collaboration set featuring Final Fantasy, uniting the worlds of wizards and iconic RPGs. After its initial announcement two years ago, this groundbreaking set will become available next month. The preview season kicked off during a recent panel, showcasing a range of cards from all 16 mainline Final Fantasy games.
The upcoming release includes over 400 unique cards in the main set, along with four preconstructed Commander Decks, each containing 100 cards. This collaboration is expected to excite both Magic enthusiasts and Final Fantasy fans alike.
Additionally, the set features the “Final Fantasy: Through The Ages” bonus sheet, which comprises 64 reprinted cards from Magic’s storied history. Each card has been reimagined with art inspired by the Final Fantasy franchise, ensuring a visual treat. Collectors can find these cards in one out of every three Play Boosters and every Collector Booster.
Mark your calendars: Magic: The Gathering – Final Fantasy will officially launch on June 13, with prerelease events starting on June 6 at local game stores.
