Surprisingly, she downplayed the notion, revealing that she has already made a cameo in an MCU movie. “I did it once,” she remarked, “but it was one of the first jobs I ever did, and they took all my lines out.”
The film in question is 2013’s Iron Man 3, where Ortega appears briefly as the daughter of the U.S. Vice President. Co-star Paul Rudd playfully suggested that Marvel could potentially develop her character further, but Ortega dismissed the idea, humorously stating, “They even took my name away. I count that, and I move on.”
