Hunter Schafer Says Playing X-Men’s Mystique ‘Would Be Cool’
During a recent interview at the SAG Awards red carpet event, Schafer responded to the fervent fan theories suggesting she could portray the shapeshifting mutant. She expressed her enthusiasm for the idea, stating, “I did see [the fan casts]! My dad texted me about that, yeah. Yeah, that would be cool.” Schafer elaborated on the notion of fan castings, noting, “These fan casts come around every once in a while and it’s always very sweet and always for characters that I really like.”
