Once the intimate act is completed, players can use a pregnancy test to confirm if the attempt was successful. If not, simply try again. If the test is positive, the anticipation begins. The pregnancy lasts three in-game days, characterized by fluctuating moods. While the experience may come with minor challenges, a pregnant Zoi can express discomfort through in-game actions, such as vomiting.
When the time arrives for delivery, an exclamation point will appear on the Zoi’s portrait, signaling the moment to give birth. The baby will be born right there, following a brief cutscene. Afterward, players will welcome their new virtual child, complete with the opportunity to choose a name, stepping into the world of digital parenthood.
