The US Coast Guard has released new footage of the Titan submersible’s tail cone, which tragically imploded on the ocean floor, resulting in the loss of all five crew members aboard.
This deep-sea vessel was less than two hours into its descent toward the Titanic wreck when the catastrophic implosion occurred in June 2023.
During a recent hearing, it was revealed that the final communication from the five-person crew before losing contact with the Titan’s mother ship was the reassuring message, “all good here.”
