Ernesto becomes hurricane after battering Puerto Rico

Tropical Storm Ernesto has made a significant impact on Eastern Puerto Rico, leading to severe flooding across the region. The National Hurricane Center reported wind speeds reaching 75 mph (120 km/h) during the storm’s peak.
