This early initiation of the cruise season in the Caribbean highlights St Kitts and Nevis as a popular destination, ready to welcome a diverse array of vessels and passengers.
The Federation has made significant strides in tourism over the past two years and anticipates an even greater influx of visitors this season compared to the previous year.
Among the ships making their debut in St Kitts is the world’s largest cruise ship, marking its inaugural visit on Tuesday, October 8, officially announcing the start of the Cruise Season 2024-2025.
Scheduled to dock in St Kitts and Nevis are Celebrity Summit, Rhapsody of the Seas, Sapphire Princess, Carnival Dream, Amadea, and Britannia, along with repeat visits from Sapphire Princess and Rhapsody of the Seas.
A significant commercial boost is expected on October 30 when Port Zante will welcome three cruise ships—Britannia, Mein Schiff 2, and Sapphire Princess—simultaneously, bringing in hundreds, if not thousands, of cruise passengers.
