A new patch has been released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, bringing several key improvements and bug fixes. Among the updates, the BAL-27 assault rifle’s JAK Deathmarch conversion kit, which had issues with infinite reserve ammunition, has now been repaired to ensure it functions correctly.
For Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer experience, players can expect a fix for a significant issue on the Celship map that previously led to crashes due to Dev Error 12744 affecting split-screen players. Additionally, the update has disabled the infil sequences on Skidrow and 6 Star maps in Season 5’s Cyber Attack mode to eliminate mixed team spawns.
The updates for Warzone, although smaller in scale, include adjustments to the Bunker Buster killstreak. Players trying to deploy a Bunker Buster near an already active one will now receive an “Airspace is too crowded” notification. Moreover, several Warzone challenges have been corrected, resolving tracking issues with utility boxes in the Warzone Rewards challenge and ensuring the Redeploy Drone Beacon counts towards the daily challenge of “Use 10 field upgrades.”
The patch notes detail an extensive list of changes aimed at enhancing gameplay for both Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, reinforcing the commitment to improving the player experience.
In other Call of Duty news, players are excitedly anticipating the upcoming Black Ops 6 multiplayer experience. The open beta starts on September 6, introducing a fresh movement system and a new Area 99 Warzone map, making it a highly anticipated season for fans of the franchise.
