This interaction aimed to enhance transparency and responsiveness within the state’s administration.
During the outreach, Chandran from Tirupur expressed satisfaction after swiftly changing the name on his electricity connection post-application. Additionally, Parimala from Kangeyam conveyed her gratitude to the Chief Minister for receiving a sewing machine through the government initiative.
Rajalaksmi from Nagapattinam shared her experience of applying for medical insurance, successfully obtaining her card the same day. Meanwhile, Muniyandi from Madurai, a person with disabilities, received a much-needed wheelchair.
Chief Minister Stalin urged district collectors, ministers, and MLAs to address the needs of citizens promptly and inquired about efforts to raise awareness regarding the Makkaludan Mudhalvar scheme.
