Pa Salieu has released two exciting new tracks, “Epiphany (Freestyle)” and “Crash (Freestyle),” building on the momentum from last month’s hit “Belly.” This latest release marks a significant moment for the British Gambian rapper, who recently celebrated his release from prison after serving 22 months of a 33-month sentence. The new songs are accompanied by captivating music videos, showcasing Salieu’s lyrical prowess over beats produced by his longtime collaborators, Felix Joseph and AOD.
In a recent statement, Salieu reflected on his time in prison, saying, “While I was in jail, I realized how fortunate I was to always have my thoughts for company. My mind was my escape, and I fell in love with the pen and paper—that’s when I had an epiphany—I have a voice, a platform, and something meaningful to say.”
Stay tuned for more updates on Salieu’s musical journey and a review of his acclaimed debut mixtape, Send Them to Coventry.
