Reports of the service being down flooded in, as users turned to outage tracking services to share their frustrations. The issues appeared to subside after approximately thirty minutes, although, at the time of reporting, many still encountered difficulties accessing the platform.
The disruption impacted various functionalities of the tool. On mobile devices, users noted that the “send” button near the text prompt was grayed out and unresponsive. Meanwhile, desktop users could send prompts but were met with error messages upon submission.
