Green Day is set to reissue their iconic album American Idiot to commemorate its 20th anniversary this fall. The highly anticipated digital deluxe edition will be available on October 25, featuring unreleased demos, B-sides, live versions, and additional bonus tracks. Fans can look forward to an 8xLP box set that includes a new documentary titled 20 Years of American Idiot, alongside the previously released documentary Heart Like a Hand Grenade. Check out the full tracklist, which includes a demo of "Holiday," "Boulevard of Broken Dreams," the bonus track "Favorite Son," and a live version of "Minority."
Initially released in 2004, American Idiot marks Green Day’s seventh studio album and earned the band their first No. 1 album, along with a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album at the 2005 ceremony. Earlier, the band had also reissued their classic albums, Dookie and Nimrod. Green Day’s latest release is Saviors, which came out earlier this year.
