The iconic British band Oasis is set to reunite, much to the delight of fans. Following months of speculation about Noel and Liam Gallagher putting their well-documented rivalry aside, Oasis has announced a series of concerts across the United Kingdom and Ireland, along with newly added 2025 North American dates. Upcoming shows in Toronto, Chicago, New Jersey, California, and Mexico City will feature Cage the Elephant as the supporting act. A complete schedule of performances is detailed below.
In a statement, the band declared:
America.
Oasis is coming.
You have one last chance to prove that you loved us all along.
This highly anticipated reunion tour will be the first time the Gallagher brothers perform together since the band’s dramatic split in 2009. The band emphasized that this event marks a significant return, stating, “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.” They have clarified that these reunion shows will not feature performances at music festivals, quelling rumors of a potential headlining set at Glastonbury in 2025.
In light of ticketing complications during the British and Irish leg of the tour, Oasis’ management has confirmed that the dynamic pricing model utilized by Ticketmaster will not be employed for the North American concerts. Management explained, “Dynamic pricing is widely viewed as a useful tool in the fight against ticket touting, ensuring prices are kept lower for many fans. However, when overwhelming ticket demand collides with technology that cannot manage it, it can lead to frustrating experiences for our audience.”
