TV on the Radio has officially announced an expansion of their European tour, following their reunion concerts from last year, which marked their first performances since 2019. The band recently revealed additional tour dates, with stops planned in Athens, Greece; Lausanne, Switzerland; Berlin, Germany; Vienna, Austria; and Manchester, England.
This spring and summer, TV on the Radio will be making waves on the festival circuit, participating in major events such as Just Like Heaven, Primavera Sound, and Glastonbury. Although they haven’t released a new album since 2014’s Seeds, the band reissued their acclaimed 2004 debut, Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes, to celebrate its 20th anniversary last autumn.
Tunde Adebimpe, the band’s lead singer, is set to release a highly anticipated solo album titled Thee Black Boltz on April 18. The album will feature new tracks like “Magnetic,” “Drop,” and “God Knows.”
