ECNETNews, NEW YORK, NY, Monday, Sept. 16, 2024: Global hospitality leader Sam Nazarian, bestselling author and life coach Tony Robbins, global music icon Marc Anthony, and international strategist Richard Attias have unveiled a groundbreaking investment in St. Kitts & Nevis, introducing The Estate – the first luxury hospitality and residential ecosystem in the Caribbean.
This innovative hotel platform, named The Estate, is the ambitious vision of Nazarian, the founder and CEO of sbe, and Robbins, a renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist. They are joined by Anthony, a global music ambassador, and Attias, an international strategist known for his impactful global influence.
The inaugural Estate Luxury Hotel & Residence will open in St. Kitts and Nevis, a nation with a population of less than 50,000, in 2026. This landmark development features the collaboration of influential figures like Robbins, Anthony, Nazarian, and Attias, who collectively have a social media following of up to 150 million.
The Prime Minister of St. Kitts & Nevis, a medical doctor, played a vital role in securing this innovative venture, positioning the nation ahead of global leaders in medical wellness.
Sam and Tony initially conceived the luxury hotel concept before the pandemic, aiming to revolutionize the sector with an omnichannel approach to longevity that prioritizes customer engagement beyond the destination itself.
The Estate is set to redefine the luxury hotel industry with a focus on a collection of resorts and urban preventative centers. It will partner with industry leader Fountain Life to enhance disease detection, prevention, and longevity, offering insights and treatments that promote vitality and health.
This luxury ecosystem aims to be the largest of its kind by 2030, featuring 15 global hotels and residences, and 10 urban wellness centers through an alliance with Fountain Life.
In select urban locations, The Estate will also collaborate with the renowned Clinique La Prairie to provide exceptional holistic treatments and state-of-the-art longevity supplements, contributing to the comprehensive wellness experience.
“In 2006, I launched SLS Hotels to disrupt the emerging lifestyle industry. Now, luxury is redefined as longevity,” Nazarian remarked. “The Estate will lead with luxury by uniting global market leaders and providing a platform for transformative ideas. We are not just creating medical hotels; we are building luxury environments committed to enhancing lives.”
“Preventative medicine has greatly enriched my own life, and I’m excited to partner with Sam on The Estate,” Robbins expressed. “By integrating top-notch hospitality with expert knowledge in preventative diagnostics, we are creating a global standard.”
Anthony added, “The Estate is a transformative project that brilliantly merges luxury with health, setting a new benchmark for excellence in hospitality.”
Attias emphasized that The Estate is more than a development; it represents an innovative ecosystem where luxury intersects with preventative medicine and longevity. “We are establishing a new paradigm for living well and thriving,” he stated.
The Estate will also benefit underprivileged communities by ensuring access to preventative care through the sbe Foundation in partnership with charities, enhancing the overall welfare of St. Kitts & Nevis. Construction is expected to commence in the first half of 2025, coinciding with the anticipated pre-sales of residential units that summer.
