ECNETNews is excited to announce the official streaming date for the highly anticipated gothic horror film Nosferatu, featuring Bill Skarsgård in the iconic role of Count Orlok. This new adaptation draws inspiration from the classic 1922 silent vampire film.
Following the release of Nosferatu, Skarsgård will appear in several upcoming films, including the horror thriller Locked, co-starring Anthony Hopkins, the adventure drama The Death of Robin Hood alongside Hugh Jackman and Jodie Comer, and the crime thriller Lords of War featuring Nicolas Cage. Additionally, he is set to reprise his memorable role as Pennywise the Clown in the forthcoming prequel series IT: Welcome to Derry.
When is the Nosferatu streaming date?
Nosferatu will be available for streaming on February 21. Since its theatrical debut last December, the film has garnered positive reviews, boasting a Certified Fresh rating of 85% on Rotten Tomatoes. It has also been nominated for four Academy Awards, including Best Cinematography, Best Costume Design, Best Production Design, and Best Makeup and Hairstyling.
The film’s official synopsis describes it as “a gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake.”
