The upcoming Xbox Showcase is aligned with this year’s event and will kick off on February 24. While specific details remain limited, attendees can expect trailers and gameplay footage, along with significant reveals from various indie studios.
In previous showcases, Microsoft introduced major titles, including World Of Warcraft: The War Within and Doom: The Dark Ages, along with upcoming releases such as South of Midnight and Fable. Speculation is rife about which games will be featured in the February event, with many hoping for glimpses of Gears of War: E-Day, a prequel to the iconic franchise.
Additionally, Microsoft’s initiative to broaden its game releases to PlayStation 5 may lead to cross-platform announcements during the showcase. Following the confirmation that Forza Horizon 5 is coming to PS5, industry rumors suggest that Halo: The Master Chief Collection may follow suit.
