eBay Launches 2025 Up & Running Grants Program for Small Businesses
eBay has unveiled its 2025 Up & Running Grants program, offering $10,000 grants to 50 small businesses across the United States. Entering its sixth year, the initiative will award a total of $500,000, supplemented by additional resources to support entrepreneurs in growing and scaling their ventures.
Since its launch in 2020, the program has allocated over $2.5 million in grants to 250 sellers. This year’s winners will receive a $10,000 cash grant, a $500 credit for eBay Refurbished, and access to valuable coaching, tools, and educational resources.
The Up & Running Grants program aims to help sellers bolster operations, diversify offerings, and invest in their local communities. This initiative highlights eBay’s dedication to promoting entrepreneurship and expanding economic opportunities.
The company emphasizes that entrepreneurship’s impact extends beyond mere business growth, fostering resilience within communities. Past grant recipients have leveraged their awards for various improvements, including upgrading storefronts, enhancing digital infrastructure, and expanding product lines. Notably, 90% of previous recipients reported a significant boost in their confidence regarding the future.
Applications for the 2025 program are currently open and will close on June 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. EST. Entrepreneurs interested in applying can find detailed information and submit their applications before the June deadline.
